Surrenden Swimming Pool is the proud home of AquaSwim—and the very first venue we partnered with when our swim school began. Located within the grounds of Dorothy Stringer School in Brighton, this well-equipped indoor pool offers a safe, welcoming environment for swimmers of all ages and abilities.
The pool measures 25 metres by 10 metres, with a depth ranging from 1 metre to 2.8 metres, making it perfect for both beginners and more advanced swimmers. There’s also a comfortable seated viewing area for parents and carers to watch lessons.
We run our lessons here at the following times:
Friday evenings: 18:55 – 20:55
Saturday afternoons: 14:30 – 17:00
Sunday mornings: 09:00 – 12:00
With on-site parking and excellent public transport links, Surrenden Swimming Pool is easy to reach from anywhere in the city.

Windlesham School and Nursery

Windlesham School & Nursery was the second pool AquaSwim partnered with, allowing us to expand into a purpose-built, high-quality facility in central Brighton.
Opened in 2017, the indoor pool is 15 metres long, with a spacious shallow end and a depth of up to 1.8 metres—ideal for building water confidence and developing technique. This pool is especially well-suited for our 1:1 and 2:1 private lesson format, offering a quiet, focused environment for swimmers to thrive.
Located within a modern sports centre, the venue includes changing rooms, showers, and a comfortable spectator area for parents and carers.
We run lessons at Windlesham every:
Saturday morning: 08:00 – 13:00
Easily accessible from Dyke Road by car or public transport, Windlesham is a calm, well-equipped space perfect for high-quality, personalised swim instruction.

Roedean Swimming Pool

Roedean School is our newest venue, opening this September, and we’re excited to offer lessons at this premier swimming facility on Brighton’s stunning clifftop coast.
This bright, modern indoor pool measures 25 metres by 10 metres and is fully heated, with depths ranging from 1 metre to 3 metres—perfect for swimmers of all levels, from beginners to those developing advanced skills like diving.
The pool boasts comfortable spectator seating, spacious lanes, and excellent changing facilities. Conveniently located with on-site parking and easy access via local buses, Roedean provides a professional and family-friendly environment.
We will be running lessons here at the following times:
Friday evenings: 17:00 – 20:00
Sunday mornings: 09:00 – 12:00
Our sessions include group and private lessons designed to help swimmers build confidence and technique in a supportive setting.
